Shipping and Handling Policy:
We offer free insured ground shipping within the Continental US on all regularly priced items. Sale and Reduced Price items will incur a shipping charge. Please email for a quote for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii as well as international locations. All international shipping is provided via insured International Express Mail.
If payment is made through PayPal, we attempt to ship within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Payments made by Personal Check, Money Order or PayPal eCheck, item will be sent within 48 hours of the payment clearing into our account.
Payment Policy
We are happy to accept payments by Money Order and Personal Check. Credit Card Payments are accepted through PayPal. We are not set up to accept direct credit card payments at this time. Massachusetts customers will be billed for 5% MA sales tax as applicable.
**A note to our International customers, we regret that we are not set up to receive PayPal payments that originate from outside of the US, therefore, payment must be made via International Money Order in US funds. Another option is Western Union's Money Transfer service.**
Return Policy:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase but in the event that you are not we ask that you take the following steps before returning any item.
Please notify us upon receipt of your order of any problems or discrepancies. If there has been any damage in transit we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipper. Please retain all original packing materials for the carrier or your claim may be voided.
If a return is necessary the item should be sent by insured carrier within three days of your receipt. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
Because of customs fees and requirements we can no longer accept returns for international sales.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee equal to 20% of the item total will be charged on all returned or cancelled items.
