1950's Rose Printed Silk Cocktail Dress by Harmay

Rose Printed silk charmeuse and chiffon are a striking combination on this vintage Harmay, New York cocktail dress. The neckline and short sleeves are beaded and sequined with iridescent copper colored beads and black sequins. The skirt is lined

with brown organdy. Back closure with metal zipper. Missing it's original belt.

Overall condition is very good with no rips, holes, stains or odors.

Harmay was a dress and suit label who were known for their conservative, lady like

look in the 1950s. Geoffrey Beene was an assistant designer there starting in 1950,
