1940s Ladies Fedora Knox Voyageur Braided Trim

Measuring 22.5" in circumference this Knox Voyageur conjures images of Ingrid Bergman in the 1943 film Casablanca, even the name of the hat, Voyageur, is evocative of travel to exotic places. The shaped crown is interesting in that it is a shape similar to that of the Civil War soldier's Kepi, slightly tilted from back to front with the shaped top. The brim is turned up on the left and trimmed all around with braided felt and what mimics blanket stitching. The wide grosgrain ribbon hat band has a stitch taking in the front for fit and loose bow on the right.

Overall condition very good to excellent.
Could use a good brushing and the bow does need to be steamed but there are no stains or odors and the hat is ready for wear.
