Extravagant Edwardian Beaver Plush Hat
with Ribbons & Roses

Measuring 14" in diameter with an inside circumference of 20", this fur plush hat circa 1910 is a real gem! The crown is wrapped with an off white watered silk ribbon that measures 4" wide and forms a huge bow trimmed with a large jet beaded "buckle" at its center. Beside the bow are pink and white silk flowers and lush plumes of black ostrich feathers encircle the rest of the hat. The ostrich plumes have a natural flow from front to back. The condition is excellent with a small water spot on the bow and you may want to freshen the flowers with a gentle steam. This wonderful hat will not disappoint!
